Binary fission is a mode of asexual reproduction in which the body of the organisms separates into two new bodies.

Generation is the entire body of individuals born and living at about the same time

Generation time can be defined as the average time between two consecutive generation in a lineages of a population.

Disinfection may ne defined as cleaning an article of some or all of the pathogenic organisms which may cause infection

Antisepsis is a process of removing the number of viable microbes from any living surface to an extent that the infection can be hardly produced.

Sterilization is a orocess by which all forms of the microbial life from the surface, medium and instruments are destroyed by various physical and chemical methods like auto claving, boiling etc.

Aseptic is a condition where all the pathogenic life is destroyed. It is a technique refers to a procedure that is performed under sterile condition.
