Answer #1

Answer is d , 5' end of t RNa anti codon

According wobble hypothesis, anti codon of tRNA pairs with the mRNA codon that proceeds at the 5' end of the codon, the third base of the codon has no significance in base pairing.

The first two bases are paired which is important in exact base pairing and third one is less important.

If the codon's 3rd base is A,C or U, the anti codon position of tRNA is I, ionosine. The reading frame is 5-3' so the direction is 5' in tRNA anticodon.

I hope it's helpful to you

Question 9: The genetic code is read in groups of three nucleotides, called codons, in mRNA that specifies for a particular amino acid. tRNA molecules act as the amino acid carriers that by correctly pairing with the codon on mRNA can deliver the correct amino acid to the ribosome during translation. At the tip of each tRNA molecule is a group of three nucleotides called an anticodon and at the other end is where the corresponding amino acid is attached...

“Unlike what happens in DNA replication, where both strands are copied, only one of the two strands is transcribed into mRNA. The DNA strand that contains the gene is sometimes called the sense strand, or coding strand, and the DNA strand that gets transcribed to give RNA is called the antisense strand, or noncoding strand. Because the sense strand and the antisense strand are complementary, and because the DNA antisense strand and the newly formed RNA strand are also complementary,...
