In the given question, mRNA codon of first series is given to be AUG. We know that, mRNA is transcribed on the DNA template strand which is complimentary to it and uracil group is present instead of thymine of DNA. Therefore, the above strand which is in complimentary to mRNA, with thymine group present is template strand of DNA.

We also know, DNA has a coding strand other than template, which is in bonding with complimentary base pairs, (somewhat similar to mRNA ), so the first given strand is coding strand.

This is known by base pairing rules --

A (adenine) forms double bond with T (thymine in DNA) / U (uracil in RNA)

C (cytosine) forms triple bonds with G (guanine in DNA and RNA both)

mRNA will have it's anticodon sequence which will be coded by tRNA. This will again be complimentary. That is, AUG will have UAC on tRNA.

An amino acid is coded from mRNA sequence. Therefore first codon ie, start codon which code for methionine.

In next, we are given with tryptophan amino acid, which is coded by UGG only. Therefore, mRNA sequence will be UGG. Again complimentary tRNA will be ACC.

We know, in DNA uracil is replaced with thymine, and A (Adenine) base pairs with T (thymine) . similarly, C (Cytosine) base pairs with G (Guanine) . This rule will be applied in rest of the table.

In the last column, mRNA code for UGA which is a stop codon. Therefore no tRNA attaches to mRNA and the translation process is stopped. No amino acid formed.
