First degree burn: this type of burn, affect the first layer of the skin. It is the mildest form of burn and do not so any symptoms therefore require no such treatment.

Second degree burn: this type of burn, affect the epidermis and dermis of the skin. This type of burn result in the redness, blistering and swelling. This type of burn required proper medication and tretament.

Third degree burn: this type of burn effect the dermis of the skin and its is the worst type of burn. This type of burn use of skin grafting or use of synthetic skin.

I. The degree of the burn is third degree.

II. Laser burn is the term.

III. The percentage of burn is 60 percent.

"Cool the burn and warm the patient" means that burn area should be kept cool and the patient should be kept warm for the speedy recovery after the burn.
