Ans- 9 Coombs test is a diagnostic method to know whether the red blood cells contains any antibiodies or complement proteins on their surface. This is performed to avoid chances of haemolytic anemia because presence of such RBCs could kill the blood cells present in the blood that is to be transfused. So this test is performed before blood transfusion takes place.

Ans- 10 blood type of mother - O+

Blood type of father - A+

Children are O- and A+

Genotype of mother will be
