Answer #1

If a hyperthermophiles can survive autoclave temperature but there can be chances they won't be able to multiply in room temperature or a normal body temperature . And as infection inside body or surface of body occurs only when organism start multiplying they is no pathogenicity if they are in dormant state So there are less chances of them to infect humans as a human body temperature does not exceed or is equal to their multiplication temperature. Humans mostly have risk of getting infected with thermphiles not hyperthermophiles and these thermpophiles are only able to survive upto 50 degree Celsius. And hyperthermophiles need 60 degree Celsius and above temperature . So hyperthermophiles are not much of a risk for humans and our health care at present.
