Statement 1 - DNA polymerase enzyme moves in the direction of 3' to5' end producing new strand in the direction of 5' to 3'end. So first statement is false.

statement 2 - A DNA polymerase enzyme requires primer to initiate replication, so it's a true statement.

Statement 3 - when a new nucleotide is added to adjacent nucleotide, a covalent bond -phosphodiester bond is formed between them. So it's true statment.

Statement 4 - this statement is also true. Polymerization always works in 5' to 3' end .

Statement 5 - true ( two replication forks are appeared just after the initiation of replication.)
