Answer #1

Oxidation of water-Light reaction; a light dependent rxn which uses light energy from sun to split water.

Reduction of CO2- Calvin cycle ;this process involves reduction and fixation of carbon.

Production of Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate- Calvin cycle ; Series of biochemical reaction which reduces CO2 to three carbon sugar i.e. the carbohydrate produced directly from Calvin cycle is not glucose but a 3-carbon sugar(G3P).

Hydrolysis of ATP -Calvin cycle; as this step is accomplished in 3 steps i.e. Craboxylation, Reduction, Regeneration.

During Reduction step,ATP is hydrolyzed in conversion of 3-phosphoglycerate to 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate and in Regeneration step ATP is utilised for regenerating RuBP.

Chemiosmosis- Light reaction; the electrons or hydrogen released from the photolysis of water move in chloroplast through ATP synthase for the formation of ATP and the process is known as Chemiosmosis.

Creation of proton motive force-Light reaction; the proton motive force occurs when the cell membrane becomes energized due to electron transport reactions by electron carrier which is then transduced by ATP synthase in formation of ATP.

Oxidation of NADPH - Calvin cycle; In reduction process NADPH molecules are utilised in reducing 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate to Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate which results in release of NADP+ i.e. oxidized NADPH.
