10. Tertiary structure of a protein lie in its primary structure i.e sequence of amino acids . The type and position of amino acid determines the type of covalent and non-covalent interactions which further determine the tertiary structure .

11. There are 3 subunits in the given protein of 143kd , 117kd and 80kd of which 143 and 80 kd proteins are linked through disulfide bonds and 117kd subunit is linked through non-covalent interactions .

12. Given peptides can be separated by anion exchange chromatography .

Peptide1 : GAIVYLTM (+)

Peptide2 : EDAEWLDQ ( 2-)

We can elute these peptides by cation exchange chromatography so peptide 1 will elute 1st and peptide 2 will elute last .
