Post mortem inspection covers the inspection of the carcasses and part of meat and poultry used for human food.the purpose of post mortem inspection is to protect the public health by ensuring that the carcasses and parts that enter commerce are wholesome,not adulterated,and properly marted, labeled and packaged,therefore all cattle,beef,sheep,swine and other equines to be prepared at any slaughtering, meat,canning,salting,packing,rendering,or similar establishment in any state, territory or district,

Product or in medical product(head,tail,tongue,thymus,viscera,blood,and other parts) as being derived from the particular animal involved until the post-mortem inspection of the carcass and parts is compleated.
