group translocation of glucose occurs in the bacteria, the glucose enters the cell is converted to glucose-6-phosphate by transferring a phosphate group from phosphoenolpyruvate the glucose-6-phosphate cannot move out of the cell. since glucose is converted to glucose-6-phosphate, glucose from outside the cell can enter the cell, even though the concentration of glucose is high in the cell.

so both statements are correct
