Answer #1

Let A be the dominant allele and a be the recessive allele,

Parent - Phenotype Homozygous dominant x Heterozygous

Genotype AA Aa

Gametes A A , a

Progenies

A a
A AA Aa
carrier

only the heterozygous conditioned ones can become carriers.. hence 50% of progenies will be carriers. Homozygous can only become affected with the disease. in case colour blindness the progenies with only CsCs will only becom affected. CsC only become carriers.
