SYSTOLIC PHASE
Systolic phase is the phase in which the heart muscles Contract. As a result the blood is pumped out of the heart to the circulatory system, which is then supplied to the whole body. During systolic phase the blood pressure will increase.
DIASTOLIC PHASE
During diastolic phase the heart muscles are relaxed which results the flow blood to heat chambers. Blood pressure will decrease in this stage.
