Answer #1

b option . nearly two - third of all the blood is found in veins.Veins also known as capacitance vessels as most of volume of blood (60%)is contained within veins.Because veins can vary greatly in sizeveins are designed to accomodate and move varying volumes and pressure of blood .veins have features like muscle, elastic fibres, and proteins like collagen ,so veins donot need to withstand as much as pressure as arteries. viens serve the purpose of of delivering the blood, back to the right artriumof our heart.Blood will collect more oxygen and prepared to be pumped back out through arteries. This cycle continues as long as a person is living.
