As acording to the principles of Inheritance (Principle of Diminence , Indepandent Assortment , Segregation) expriments are perform that sugest that Transmission of harmful alleles are avoided during Sexual reproduction . Its one of the resion is that most of the harmful alleles are recessive , which do not experses itself in progeny.
