A. Based on the result, disk D is least potent antibiotic. This is because this disk have least zone of inhibition which is shown by diameter around the disc. Therefore, this show that antibiotic is not able to kill bacteria around it.

B. Based on these result, no it is not correct to say that Disc A is more potent antibiotic. This is because disc C is having largest diameter around disc that correlate with effectiveness of antibiotics.
