Answer #1

Incidence rate of Influenza can be calculated by the following formula

Incidence of disease- Total no. of cases of people having influenza/ Total no of individuals in population.

Here, following data are given

Total no. of cases of people having influenza- 6605

Total no. of individuals- 1000000

So, incidence of Influenza in city A- 6605/1000000

So, incidence of Influenza in city A- 0.006605 per people

For, incidence of incidence of Influenza in city A per 1000 people- 0.006605×1000 = 6.605

So, Answer is A
