Answer:

a) Breaks the hydrogen bonds, unwinding DNA double helix ---- It's known as Helicase. The helicases are responsible for unwinding of double helix and they use of energy from ATP to unwind the short stretches of helix just ahead the replication fork.

b) Replaces the RNA primers with DNA nucleotides- ----DNA polymerases require a short double stranded region to initiate or prime DNA synthesis ,this is produced by RNA polymerase, called promise which is able to initiate synthesis on Single Stranded DNA.

c) Synthesizes RNA polymerase on leading and lagging strand --------When DNA opens with 2 strands ,in the lagging strand the replication is opposite in direction , therefore RNA primer is attached with the help of RNA polymerase, the small fragments produces; The DNA polymerase I takes place and RNA primers are takes place with DNA.

d) Catalyzes phosphodiester bond formation, joining DNA fragments----- When complete synthesis of the lagging strand there is an enzyme called Gyrase which help the okazaki fragments to be joined together by phosphodiester bonds.

e) Lagging Strand--------It is synthesized in the opposite direction and must be copied discontinuously. This strand is synthesized as a series of segments known as okazaki fragments.

f) Leading Strand-------- It is copied in the same direction as the unwinding helix and so can be synthesized continuously.

g) Relaxes the super coiled DNA----- Here is work an enzyme called Gyrase which help the removes supercooling of DNA during replication. Thus there is a formation of the ssDNA template.

h) Coats the Single stranded DNA preventing Duplex formation--------- The sepertion of strands ,Single Stranded Binding(SSB) protein attaches to the DNA and prevents the Double helix reforming.

i) Synthesizes DNA 5' to 3' on leading and lagging strand ---------There is the enzyme DNA polymerase III which help the copying of the DNA fragments which produce the template and complete the both strands.
