Food security--The state of having nutritious and safe food which is also affordable
Food insecurity-- Not having sufficient nutritious and safe food.
Hunger-- Feeling of weakness,craving for food and discomfort .
Malnutrition--Diet which is not balanced is called malnutrition.
Over nutrition--Diet that is excess in any component is called malnutrition.
Genetic engineering--Technique of manipulating the genes of an organism to produce a desired variety .
GMO--An organism which has foreign genes inserted in to its genome.
Pest-- An organism which harms crop plants.
Integrated pest management--pest management by scientific aswell as regular practices which do not harm the plant and improve crop production.
Advantages-- Promotes crop production , does not harm the environment as it uses environment friendly methods and substances. Reduces the potential for contamination.
Organic forming does not use chemicals for farming practices. Because chemicals harm the environment. So once the parking lot is handed over , it is dug and organic manure like compost is used in enriching the soil. Worms like earthworms which are important in aerating and also enriching the soil need to be used. For maintaining the plants, organic pesticides or insecticides are used. Biological pest control to destroy any pets is also an important strategy. Such plants grown is considered organic farming
