From this emboss neddle experiment output result we can clearly show that the length is given on that data. So the length will be 29751 including all gaps to construct the sequence.

In adding with the sequences the changes are being calculated on the basis of pair sequence,score , haid to tail similarity and gaps also. You have to run % showall datachanges ~
