Let us take the random 6 nucleotide RNA sequence as AUGUCG. Since it is a single stranded RNA, so no hydrogen bonds will be present. Phosphodiester Bond will be present between two ribose sugars. The labelled diagram will look as

Moreover, Negative Sense Single stranded RNA means that the strand actually runs from 3' end to 5' end. That's the reason why i have drawn it in 3' ------> 5' direction. In order to express its genome, this negative strand is firstly converted into its complementary positive strand and then it is further translated into the proteins. That's how these viruses work.
