The gel shows non specific pcr product , these may occur due to DAN contamination ( during lab work,or DNA not free from proteins and RNase). Water not free contamination.To aviody these ensure sterlie condition in lab when you are working, use gloves etc.ensure DNA free contamination.Correct amont of master mix.If don't get result in repeated attempts please change the master mix (previously used).
