Miller and Urey conducted the experiment and created conditions same as primitive earth. They produced temperature of 800 degrees and created lightning Sparks which produced conditions same as primitive Earth. They used methane, ammonia and water in the flask and after one week they were observed that there were amino acids, carbohydrates and glycerol as well as fatty acids.

A is incorrect as they couldn't prove the formation of nucleic acid.

B is correct as they proved the formation of amino acids.

C is incorrect as they did not prove the formation of LUCA.

D is incorrect as they did not prove the formation of DNA.

So, the correct answer is B.
