"How accurate and reliable is your data (how good are you at pipetting and timing)? You basically repeated one of the reactions 3 times. How close are the rates?"

I understand you might not be able to answer this question without my data but can you walk me through how to answer this?

It is very important to use a pipette with a range of volume you plan to aspirate and dispense. The experiental accuracy will be high if the pipetting is accurate. All the experiments need to do in replicates (duplicates or preferably, triplicates) in order to check the accuracy. If the values are very close, then we can conclude that the pipetting is correct and the data is reliable.

Error chance in Micropipettes - There will be two stops, if the first stop is used to fill the solution, then we must use first and second stop to dispense the whole contents to maintain the accuracy.
