Question
this is based on the hypothesis and evidence that proves it!

autism spectrum disorder is a developmental disorder characterized by defects in social interactions and difficulty communicating with speech or written words. symptoms typically only become apparent once a child is older than three years old often following what appears to be normal early childhood development. This transition from a normal to a socially impaired child who will fail to form emotional bond with his or her parents is often devastating to families.
The rate of autism diagnosis in the United States has risen dramatically in recent years from less than one and 1000 children in the mid-1990s to about 17 and 1000 children in 2014. greater awareness of the syndrome has led to better screening efforts by pediatricians, and children are now diagnosed younger than before, allowing for earlier interventions.

at the same time that there has been a rise in autism diagnosis there has been an increase in the number of childhood vaccinations. beginning with the polio vaccine in the mid-1950s the numbers of required vaccinations (to attend public schools in New York) now also includes MMR (measles mumps rubella), Tdap (diphtheria and tetanus), pertusis (whooping cough), chickenpox, hepatitis B, and h influenza with many vaccines requiring multiple injections. these injections are giving to healthy children in mini contain preservatives to prevent contamination by bacteria or mold. one preservative found in some vaccines is thimerosol, a compound that contains mercury a metal known to cause neurological damage in high doses.

In 1998 a position in the United Kingdom Andrew Wakefield published a study of 12 autistic children and link the MMR vaccine to the onset of symptoms in eight of the 12. the report generated instant controversy going to poor methodology in a conflict of interest with Dr. Wakefield who owned the patent for potential replacement vaccine to the widely used MMR vaccine however a correlation was noted between overall numbers of vaccines that children will receiving and an increase in the diagnosis of autism.

as both the causes of autism and the reason for the rise in autism diagnosis were still unknown to popular hypothesis were publicly discussed. (in the picture along with the questions) i judt medd the most logical answers! please help!!

Answer #1

3:Immunization to protect infants and children from vaccine-preventable disease in one of the greatest achievement in public health.The hypothesis of whether or not the use of vaccines containing the preservatives,Thimerosal(containing mercury)can cause neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs)specifically Autism (speech or language delay).

Thimerosal,an organic mercury compounds that is metabolized to ethylmercury has been used as preservative in some vaccine to prevent bacterial and fungal combination(growth).

In July 1999,A joint statement recommended the removal of thimerosal from vaccines as soon as possible.

The number of diagnosed cases of autism grew dramatically in the 1990's and early 2000's, as the vaccine lost its shelf-life and disorder increased.

4: Thimerosal also called as thiomersal. It is said that thier is no scientific evidence for a casual connection between thimerosal and autism, but parental concern about a relationship between thimerosal and vaccine has led to decreasing rate of childhood immunization and increased disease outbreak.

Despite this, some parents believe that vaccines causes Autism and hence they delay or avoid immunizing the children.

Then later, FDA decided the removal of Thimerosal from vaccines as a preservative.. This decreased the shelf-life of vaccine making the vaccine more expensive to manufacture.It is said that the health danger still exist and the negative impact of the individuals will be difficult to reconcile.It was said;

"The removal of thimerosal created impression of risk,where none existed".

Even if the thimerosal is conclusively found to be safe,According to my view, the FDA did the right thing by making the decision for removal of thimerosal in the vaccine because while exposure to mercury in may result in damage to Brain, Kidney and developing foetus...
