12 bivalent means 24 chromosomes and 12 univalent means 12 chromosomes.

B)chromosome number in parent 1 is 24 and parent two is 48.parent 1 is diploid and parent two is tetraploid

C)parent 1 is diploid which has 24 number of chromosomes and parent 2 is allopolyploid which has 48 chromosome 24 from one species and other 24 from another species.
