Answer is option D - A competitive agonist for AMPA receptors, because this would allow more NMDA receptors to open

AMPA receptors remove the effects of NMDA receptors blockers hence allowing the muslcle activity to normalise therefore it would be best to provide a competeitve agonist for AMPA receptors to help alleviate the symptoms of Myasthenia Gravis patients
