B is correct option because if it is triploid, it has gained 1n from one parent and 2n from other parent. As genome content of both parent is different, so two different species has involved, that's why we use word allotriploid.

Allotriploid mean organism has 3 set of genome from Two different species in which one is 1n and other is 2n
