Aerobic fermentation of yeast prodces more ATP as compared to anaerobic fermentation.

If yeast ferments the sugar anaerobically, it can only produce 74 kJ/mol sugar, so growth is retarded, but it produces a lot of alcohol.

The generation time is more in presence of oxygen compared to in absence of oxygen.

Culture A uses most glucose, because in presence of oxygen the glucose is completely converted in to carbon dioxide and water. While in absence of oxygen, glucose is converted in to alcohol, and it uses less glucose comparatively.
