A. Source and sink :- the coupling of mass and quality flow using the properties of temperature mass concentration viscosity And density .

B. PARAMETERS :- Splicing, capping, and addition to poly A tail.

Promoter is recognised by RNA POLYMERASE and some sigma factors. A binding site for RNA POLYMERASE 1. Transcibe gene encoding ribosomal RNAs.

1.Their is balance between mRNA translation and protein removal this is reflect by steady state protein level.

2. There is study of quantification method of the measurement of raw correlation that is between the arrangement of mRNA and proteins.

3. Using mRNA data sheet with more than 5000 gene there is light and dark gray bars .

Steady state of mRNA is determined by 2 process :- 1. Synthesis and 2. Degradation.
