Answer #1

Answer :- "b" i.e LDL contain more cholesterol than HDL or VLDL.

Explanation :-

HDL:- It is a good cholesterol because it transport cholesterol to the liver. It also help us to survive from arteries .

LDL:- It is a bad cholesterol which build up plaque and reduces blood flow and oxygen so it causes artherosclerosis and kidney disease sometimes.

VLDL:- It is also a bad cholesterol which carry triglycerides and increased fatigue in the body and increased risk of heart disease also.

The main difference between LDL , HDL and VLDL is ........

LDL. VLDL. HDL

Cholesterol-. 26%. 10%. 20%

Triglycerides-. 10%. 70%. 5%

Proteins-. 24%. 10%. 70%

Others fats -. 40% 10% 5%

So according to above-mentioned discussion the correct answer is answer b.

B- Lipoproteins can be distinguished by their densities and composition. C- Lipoprotein densities increase in the following order: chylomicrons, VLDLs, LDLs, HDLs, IDLs. Identify the statements that are true about LDL and HDL. HDL is smaller than LDL. Low levels of LDLs together with high levels of HDLs are associated with heart disease. HDL removes cholesterol from the bloodstream. HDL is more dense than LDL. LDL has a higher lipid content than HDL. HDL is considered to be "bad cholesterol."

Which of the following statements is FALSE? Which of the following statements is FALSE? LDL is the main form in which cholesterol is transported to tissues. VLDL transports triacylglycerol synthesized in the liver to peripheral tissues. The cholesterol ester content of HDL is generally less than that of chylomicrons. Some fatty acids become complexed with serum albumin for transport in the blood to peripheral cells. Chylomicrons are lipoproteins that transport dietary fat from intestine to peripheral tissues.
