  1. Prepare a set of serial dilutions of the yeast suspension for a viable count. Write and draw your dilution calculation and plan here. Be sure to show what volume you are transferring in each dilution and the volume present in each of the sterile dilution blanks.

For serial dilution make a series of two fold dilution until we have a tube that is clear. Transfer 0.1ml of the suspension from each tube to the next begining with the one that is containing the cells.
