1. Bacteria do cellular respiration in their plasma membrane and are able to generate energy through glycolysis.

5. Plants do cellular respiration and they have mitochondria

6. Glucose turn into ATP and CO2 in cellular respiration.

7. Mitochondria reproduce by simple fission (splits in two).

8. During glycolysis, One glucose is broken into pyruvate, 2 ATP and NADH.

10. CO2 comes from oxygen and glucose.

11. Glucose and ATP are the two most important energy carrying molecules in cellular respiration.

12. Oxygen is the last electron acceptor.

13. Glycolysis takes place without oxygen. Pathway of cellular respiration will continue to krebs cycle if oxygen is present and in the absence of oxygen, some organisms can switch to fermentation.
