A bioterrorism is the intentional release of viruses, bacteria, or other germs that can sick or kill people, livestock, or crops. Also Food spoilage is the decaying of the food material due to microorganism. So both are not positive application of microbiology.

Food production, biodegradation and manufacturing commercial products using microorganism is the positive application of the microbiology.
