A circular wire loop is pulled on opposite ends so that it elongates, as shown. When this happens, the area enclosed by the wire loop is reduced from 100 m2 to 35 m2 in a time interval of 0.27 s. An external B field = 1.9 T also present and points perpendicular to the face of the loop, as shown. Find the magnitude and direction of the induced emf in the wire as it is being pulled.

A. 457, CCW

B. 246 V, CW

C. 457 V, CW
