5 issues with improvements on this experiment are as follows:-

1) overhead laboratory light shold be kept off as it will interfer with coloured light wavelength

2) distance of light source should be changed after fixed interval by same amount in approaching orientation and every time reading should be taken

3) the distance between the light and coloured filter should be negligible

4) coloured water in biochamber should be used as it will provide information regarding water level

5) light wavelength should measured in both cases to conform that light provided of desired wavelength
