Answer #1

These are guidelines for Plastco Packaging for making their machine operators work more inspiring and rewarding.

  • Hold the material as it is-do nothing.
  • Employment analysis – Role analysis will promote Plastco Ltd's correct recruiting and hiring processes, set performance evaluation criteria and provide for acceptable work classification/reclassification. Thus management will be able to assess the roles of work duties and set levels of success. It will recognize threats to health and safety as well as working conditions that require extra training.
  • Task design – Work design is work structuring to enhance workplace productivity and employee retention, including guidance to better match workers and their jobs properly. Revamping and delegating tasks for employment will increase workplace engagement and provide workers at Plastco Packaging with a happier work climate. The ingenuity and innovation in HR that is applied to role design has the potential to produce outstanding outcomes. Through redesigning jobs at Plastco Packaging, working conditions and product consistency will be improved.
  • Restructuring and appreciation of the compensation program – Plastco workers are likely to value the attempts taken by managers to make their work enjoyable as rewarding as possible. The chance to help develop their work would be embraced by many workers. We can see the gains for the company and for themselves. Intrinsic motivation derives from the intrinsic benefits of a task or operation itself, and charging for success will, therefore, fulfill this incentive by increasing work satisfaction.
  • Workshops – Plastco Ltd. will bring its workers to a harmonious and healthy environment by holding a training session. The workshop will stress how to efficiently interact, support each other, educate and improve staff, and influence their inhospitable behavior. Will promote policies on open doors; will clarify the abuse in the workforce, its consequences. Therefore Plastco workers should feel spiritually strong, dedicated, faithful to the company by zero workplace tension. This will improve work efficiency, workplace health.
