1. Cytotoxic t cells. (It is the most probable answer because cytotoxic t cells are known to cause destruction to the mutated or abnormal cells of the body, in this case it accidentally destroys the good/normal cells too)

2. Myasthenia gravis. (Here the neuro muscle junction that holds receptors for acetylcholine are affected by antibodies causing the muscles to not respond to the impulses brought by the nerves)

3. Multiple sclerosis. (Neurodegenerative disease that affects the myelin sheath formation and disruption impulses.)

4. Systemic lupus erthematosis. (Immune complexes i.e.; antibody antigen complexes, are found accumulated in kidney)

5. Rheumatoid arthritis. (Joints are affected due to autoimmune disorder )
