My top three strenghts are strong communication, Motivator and Visionary.

When i think about myself as a leader, I think these top three strenghts are the most valuable values (Like remain honest, truthful, transparent and fair) offered to me in order to lead others towards a vision. As a leader, I have responsibility to serve what is best for my followers because they are the ones who follow my vision as their common interest so i have to use my strenghts to help them achieve the vision and goals and lead them to success. If i have no clear vision then there is no point to go anywhere. Being visionary is very important because it gives a right direction to me as well as my followers.

There could be situations which can pose some challenges to me like I say that i am good at motivating others so sometimes in order to motivate many of followers, few of the followers do not get what motivate them because all followers have different motivations which can be challenging to achieve. For example- if i say that many of my followers are motivated by good praise and respect so i praise thier efforts which could cause other followers to think that i am being biased or unfair. so this could be challenging.

I want to keep using Being good communicator and good motivational leader as my top strength because communication is very important because it helps to reduce chances of confusion, conflicts and make sure feedback is from both side. Every one should be heared.Motivation helps to keep improving morale of followers in hard times or even if we face failures but we should remain motivated and keep trying harder to achieve goal.

The strenght i would borrow is empathy so that i would able to understand feelings of others and try to control my emotions as well.I want to develope strengths like being creative and problem solving because these strenght will help me as leader to find solution of issues in more creative way so that we would be able to achieve our goals in time and lead team to victory.
