Solution B- 4% solution

Solution B- 13% salt concentration

Solution A-12% salt solution

Solution B-12% salt solution

In osmosis, water moves from a region of lower solute concentration to higher solute concentration. To avoid any confusion just look at the solution with higher salt concentration and water will move to solution with higher solute concentration.
