Apocrine glands are those which bud their secretions off through the plasma membrane producing extracellular membrane-bound vesicles. Apocrine glands in the breast secrete fat droplets into breast milk.We can see that third figure (from left) shows secretions in breast.The secretions clearly bud off from the plasma membrane of glandular cells.Hence, apocrine glands are depicted in the third figure.

Holocrine gland's secretions are produced in the cytoplasm of the cell and released by the rupture of the plasma membrane, which destroys the cell and results in the secretion of the product into the lumen.
