1) The Series dilution will require the concentration of the solution to be measured only once at the time of starting of experiment. The next concentration value will be dependent on the previous one. Because of this reason, the absolute concentration time will become smaller and smaller with the drop in concentration

2) The series of dilution will be using the same constant dilution factor. But, if the equipment is faulty, then the same factor will be getting multiplied again and again in order to achieve overall dilution. This will lead to higher concentration errors than the actual value.
