A healthy life includes physical, psychological and spiritual well-being which would be strengthened by positive lifestyle, emotional intelligence, maintaining healthy relationship etc. Thus, maintaining physical health through exercise, mediation, yoga etc. becomes very important in order to be psychologically healthy. One could improve and maintain one’s psychological health by thinking and acting positively, building a better support system with people, handling stressful events through healthy practices etc. Thus, those who opt healthy lifestyle would also lead a happy and satisfying life while others would struggle hard to face life boldly as they would engage in unhealthy behaviors.
