1. - Risk behaviour can be defined as indulgence in any action or activity that can cause potential harm to the individuals as a consequence of what he choose to do. Risk behaviour is seen in adolescence as well as adults. Kids and adolescents can indulge in activities that can be injurious to their physical health,like performing stunts,oreven avoiding certains standards of nutrition intake and heavy intake of junk food.It can be as commonplace ands simpleas this.But they affect the person.Categorising high risk behaviour,we consider elements like unprotected sex(which mightl leadto unwanted pregnancy or STIs),alcohol and drug abuse,tobacco intake,dangerous driving.They are detrimental to the individuals as well as the people around .

2. Cumulative risks are a serious concern because they have short and long term consequences that can harm your health or well-being. Some may be fatal.

3. It playes an important role changes in lifestyle factors may influence your health in positive ways by being healthier, happier, and live longer.

•getting more sleep

•avoiding harmful substances

4. Monitoring risk behavior when you are young will affect how you monitor risk behavior as an adult. If you party and drink or smoke under-aged, you will more likely be addicted to those substances as an adult.

5.Alcohol and drugs are things that teens are exposed to very frequently and you can choose not do these risk behaviors when you are underaged. One thing you can do to avoid this is just simply don't go to a party where you think there might be alcohol or drugs. Also, don't hang out with people who you think would peer pressure you into doing these things.
