A is the animal cell. while B is the plant cell. Both the cells constitute the basic unit of animal and plant kingdom.

B is autotroph because of the presnece of plastid, while A is heterotroph as it cannot photosyntheise. An autotroph need plastid for photosynthesis that is not present in a heterotroph.
