Explaination: overall reaction of cellular respiration :-

C6H12O6 +6 O2 ----> 6CO2 +6H2O +36ATP(energy)

Cellular respiration is exergonic reaction so energy in reactant is more than products hence, C6H12O6 (glucose) has more energy than 6CO2(carbon dioxide).

O2 is reactant that accept electron and reduced to H2O.

CO2 is the product that has been oxidised.
