1, The Biggest story behind COVID 19 pandemic the spread of the virus throughout the world makes awareness for protecting ourselves and others from the disease. early detection, diagnosis, treatment, isolation, avoiding, and preventing the spread of infection, obeying for government roles can protect the country from this COVID 19 pandemic.
2, I will protect myself and my family by frequent handwashing, making social distance, avoiding touching eye, nose, and throat, early treatment of we feel not weel. covering mouth and nose and avoid greeting others by handshaking, staying at home, and getting healthy foods can protect us from COVID 19 pandemics.
3, Staying homes cause less social interaction and low physical activity that causes physical and mental stress. we can adjust the quarantine by quitting smoking and alcohol, doing the activity at home by art and craft and learning new things and gardening, cooking, increasing physical activity by yoga, meditation, and exercise. eating healthy foods and avoiding outside foods, learning and continuing studies from online classes, and working online, etc.
4, Health care employers are the most important professional to COVID 19 outbreak response and exposed to most hazards make them at risk of infection. Their long term working hours, virus exposures, mental distress, stigma, physical violence need to protect occupational safety and health. Health care facility with adequate supplies and resources, personal protective equipment, faster method of assessing, isolating patient who is suspected to COVID 19, and providing education and training for staff increase safety for patients and for health care employers.
