Emotions refer to an instinctive state of mind, based upon one's mood, situation and circumstances. An example of how one can build resilience for themselves and their families include a way in which one can educate themselves bases upon reliable sources and take precautions. It is also important to stay mentally composed by taking part in various indoor hobbies in order to maintain one's rational thinking. In order to prevent the spread of the pandemic, it is important to take part in social distancing and avoid social gatherings. It is essential to stay indoors and avoid all non essential traveling.
