7) If the oligopolist increases his prices others will not follow because firms in oligopoly follow price cuts by a rival but not price increases.

9) If the oligopolist lowers his price, he won't want the others to follow because if the rivals will react then the firm lowering the price first cannot gain from the price cut.

11) The other oligopolists will follow the price decrease in order to bring it at par with the price reduction of the firm.
