I got this wrong on the first try and this is what I put. Not entirely sure what I did wrong as I thought this was correct.

The options were: nucleus, cytoplasm, plasma membrane, simultaneously, at different times.

1. In prokaryotes, translation and transcription simultaneously in the cytoplasm because there is no nucleus in the prokaryotes. The two process occurs simultaneously.

But in case of Eukaryotes, transcription occurs in the nucleus and translation occurs in the cytoplasm. The two process occurs at different time.
